Auto Form Die

We make all of our tools and dies to order. To fabricate your metal part, we start by feeding the metal material (regardless of material type) incrementally into one of our large metal presses. Then our presses go to work utilizing the tool or die to form, shape and trim material into a usable part, based on your unique specifications. Then with a disciplined die maintenance program, we continue using the tool or die in our metal stamping process, as well as our manufacturing and assemblies (welding and finishing), for the life of the program, regardless of years in service or required volume.
